Since I was a young child I always had a passion for home decor and design. I remember spending hours playing the SIMS home design game. As the character in the game I would go to work to make money just to buy a new item to design my pretend home. My passion for home decor has lead me to help others by staging homes for sale. Thinking about it now, I would have never thought that a childhood game would lead me to my purpose, but it has and I am “thankful” that it did!
“We have the same goal, to help you sell your home”. When staging your home you minimize the negatives and accentuate the positives of a property to make the best impression. I will provide you with all the tips and tricks that will help elevate your home. I have the skills and the knowledge to determine the right lighting, furniture and accessories you need to ensure that your property uniquely stands out amongst the crowd.
Staging Consultation
Selling your home can be stressful, but it does not have to be. This is where I come in!
If you want to stage your own home and you need some additional help. I will do a complete walkthrough of your home and provide you with recommendations regarding the placement of furniture and determining items that should be added or removed.
I will also assist with rental of any items needed to complete your staging.
Consultation starts at $200.00 and can run between
1.5 - 2 hours.
*Additional charges will apply for any properties 30 mins or more from my office. Should the consultation exceed 2 hours an additional charge will be at the rate of $50/hr.
Stay in Staging
Uniquely Styled Interiors will utilize homeowners current furniture by enhancing it with unique accessories and art work.
This is a great way to transform your home in the most inexpensive way. Because you will be living in your home, Uniquely Styled Interiors will provide you with a list of instructions that will help you maintain your home so that it's always ready for show.
Again, we have the same goal and with that being said Uniquely Styled Interiors will advertise your home on our social media platforms so that your home may catch the eye of potential buyers, this will come FREE of charge.
Stay in Staging starts at $500. Pricing may vary based on the size of the home and
scope of work if your project doesn't fit in one of our packages.

Vacant Staging
Most buyers cannot visualize a properties potential. When staging a vacant property it makes it more appealing and allows the homebuyer to envision how the home might look once they move into it, making it move in ready.
Uniquely Styled Interiors will bring everything that is needed to transform the property into a space that homebuyers will love. We are confident that the property will be sold faster and for top dollar.
Partial Staging starts at $1000
Full Staging starts at $1500
